Something's clearly telling me I should be drawing more mesmers... but I couldn't help it, that kurz ranger armor was so exotic. <3

I will be PMing the next three on my waiting list to ask them if they're still interested in getting a commission.
<3 <3 <3!

'tis wonderfully done!

Thanks everyone for all the nice comments! Yeah, she looks a bit mesmerish. But I thought an exotic, mesmerish feel kind of suited the character and her armor.

I've gotten confirmation from the next three people and will start drawing their characters this week. I'll try to get at least one commission done per week so people will not have to wait forever. However, this week will be an exception, since I have some school projects to take care of before summer vacation starts. I may get something done, or may not. Aaaghagh, it's so annoying when real life interferes with drawing... >.>

OH WOOOOOOWWWWW that's incredible. It is so imaginative and surprising, I'm so very very very impressed and pleased.

[My ranger is somewhat haughty, and I guess she thinks she can interrupt better than my mes ]

Incredible work, thank you so muuuuuuch. I'll try to catch you online soon, but good luck on your school projects!!

Wohoo! I'm on the waiting list! I forgot I signed up & I've been cursing myself for NOT signing up for weeks now!

Did that make any sense?

Oh, I hope you don't get bored doing beautiful pictures before it's my turn

I've never really been to the Nolani Academy of Arts forum before. Man, I've been missing out on some talented work! Hmm, I'd like to get on the waiting list too if I could (your work is gorgeous!) but it'd be more for a gift to my girlfriend... A group piece of my warrior and her ranger. Anything that establishes the presence of a bond (combat stance, just sitting around, whatever your brilliance drums up). I don't know if you'd consider that or if it would be too demanding of me. I'd gladly pay for doing 2 characters, 3 if you want to toss in her black moa (I'm greedy, I'm sorry ). So, yeah, if my outlandish demands don't annoy you, please do add me to the waiting list. Thanks.

x.X Lol I have no idea why I haven't commented in Pery's thread. Maybe I thought I did and forgot to actually do it. Someone give me brains. XD

Those are all awesome artwork Pery! I love it when you go into much details with pencils or inks and your inkworks are so clean and sweeet. Love how you got the ritualist's hair to look so good! I always have trouble with that kind of hair(the hime-cut like Noa calls it). That ranger picture is so beautiful too. You certainly have eye for small details. The color choices rule and the little folds are very well done. Somehow I especially like how the hand on her waist looks. She looks so delicate. WTG Pery.

Are you still taking commissions? If so, I'd like to be added to the list. I'll hold off on posting pics til I find out that you are.

I'm doing commissions. However, the list is getting pretty long and I'm not a very fast artist. :P I will add you to the waiting list and notify you when I'm available to draw your character.

Thank you to everyone for their patience, I know I'm a bit slow at times but I try not to over stress myself. I will be having surgery done on my jaw tomorrow which means that I will not be checking the forums for a while, probably for at least a week. It also means that after I get out of the hospital and off the worst of the drugs, I will be doing nothing but sleeping, playing GW and drawing for the next four weeks so I'm hoping to get a lot of commissions done in that time. The current three are pretty much finished lineart-wise, but are still lacking colours because I haven't had a chance to spend as much time on the computer as I'd like to. Anyway, I'll get back to doing them once the surgery is past and I'm able to concentrate on drawing again.

Here's a little something I did a while ago as a special commission for a very special person's birthday gift. It's a bit big, but smaller, forum-friendly version loses an annoying amount of detail:

Here's AW Lore's mesmer. Got a bit carried away with the background....

Detail shot of her face is here

Huh... recovering from the surgery took a bit longer than I expected.

Wow, that looks really really nice!

One little oddity though. Her left eye has some hair which covers it, her right eye also has that but the eye is drawn *over* the hair. I know it's normal in anime-esque artwork for the eyes to always be drawn over the hair, but in this case each eye seems to follow different rules.
